12x12” Pyrography on wood with metallic ink
Inspired by my permanent installation work of representational historical San Francisco, I did these architectural renderings as test pieces.
This piece was rendered with a Pyrography tool and chemical paint/heat gun burns with metallic gold highlights. 
My work in the last several years has reflected my love for San Francisco.  In my over 20 years as a resident here,  my focus has always been on what’s good. I think it’s important to show a balanced view.
