10x10” Pyrography on wood
 
A few years ago, I noticed the consistancy of the crows who perch outside my window. I always imagine my ancestors (Hi Grandma!) looking through their eyes at me working in my studio.  And then, I started making friends with them- seeing what they eat and feeding them everyday. Now we have "conversations" and they know I can be counted on for their city survival help.
My work in the last several years has reflected my love for San Francisco. In my years as a resident here, my focus has always been on the beauty and care of this city.
